King Tut ankh Amen

Little was known about King Tutankhamen before the discovery of his tomb on the 4th of November 1922. He was a king of Dynasty XVIII. Tutankhamen was probably related to Akhenaton. His birth name was Tutankhaton but was changed to Tutankhamen when the old religion was brought back, and Amon was worshipped as the most important god. He was pharaoh for about 10 years and died young, about 1350 B.C.
Today the wonders of Tutankhamen’s tomb are displayed in the Cairo Museum and other museums around the world.
